Did you remove the old graphics drivers before installation and install the latest drivers for the 780 afterwards?

Has to be a driver or game issue. There really should be no problems running the game.

I'm using the Nvidia Ge force Experience software. It downloads the drivers automatically. Should I delete it and start over?

It wouldn't hurt. Make sure to restart your computer after you uninstall the drivers/software. May even want to download some driver cleaner type software. I can't remember a good one off the top of my head right now though.

have you used an AMD card before? If yes or no I'd suggest you do the following. Download driver cleaner and boot into safe mode, run driver cleaner and remove all forms of Nvidia and AMD products, catalyst control center ie. Everything. Then install the latest Nvidia driver for you Gtx 780

Try grabbing the driver setup from the official NVIDIA site itself.
