Do you have a recovery disk?

Start the computer, insert the disk and restart the computer.

You should get an option to 'Repair Computer'. Try it.

If that doesn't work, you may have to do a 'factory reset'.

I think it is the F11 key that achieves this. It could be F9 or F10 though, you should consult your documentation to find out.

Power up, press the F11 key (or whatever key it is) and choose the restore option that is best for your needs.
