HI Folks,
I have a ASUS M2NE M/B, 2 160GB HDD, 1 40GB HDD and 1 250GB HDD, with 5Gb Memory running Win 8.
I would like to upgrade to 1 HDD. What would be the largest HDD I could upgrade to with this M/B and would I be able to transfer the O/S and data over from the other drives as they are nearly chokkas. Also does it matter if it is SATA, SATA 2 or SATA 3 Drives?
Thanks for any replies in advance cheers,

you can buy as large of a drive as you want there isn't a max size, though if that is enough storage for you I would think a 1TB drive would be plenty and they aren't expensive... there are Drive cloning programs out there that can transfer your data... best way to do this is Clone the HD that has your operating system on it first, and then just pull the files from the other HD's over to the new one and everything should work just fine.

My motherboard has a data transfer of 3Gb/s the ones I have been looking at are 6Gb/sec is this still ok. I have posted another thread in storage in reference to internal Vs USB portable drives. If you could look at that and give me pour input I would much appreciate it
Thanks BB
