I cant Portforward

i have comcast and on two different computers it reads two different ipv4s i want to port forward a minecraft server but it will not let my friends join i dont know what to do and im freaking fustrated with it

You have to call Comcast and tell them to DMZ their router. Basicly turn off their firewall. then do all the port forwarding on your router. I have heard sometimes they will and sometimes they will not do this for you. I am guessing it depends on if the person you talk to has any ideal what you are talking about.
