Please help, I have an Asus Q200E laptop, it was running Windows 8, I upgraded to Windows 8.1 but didn't like it and it caused my laptop to start getting weird errors. I did a Refresh your PC and then suddenly it was having problems doing updates and wouldn't work. I have to recovery my PC but didn't make a usb recovery disk because I didn't know how at the time. If anyone has a recovery iso you can please send me I would appreciate it. I do have my product id and product key, I just am unable to recovery my PC because the only isos available are for retail.

You can actually download the ISO yourself by going to this page at Microsoft's website:
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-8/upgrade-product-key-only
You will be asked for your product key, but once entered the ISO will be available.
