I have the same cooler, CPU, and Mobo (its the PRO version but pretty much the same thing). I'm using G.skill ram with a high profile and yes, everything fits fine. You will need to put the RAM in slots 2&4 just an fyi. Even if its a really close fit you just need to hack off a fin or two (on the 212), its easy and wont cost you anything extra.

Nice! And this cooler should dramatically lower the temps on my fx8350, right? I did a stress test on the cpu, and it ran up to 67c on it's stock cooler. I would like it to run around 50c or under with a new cooler.

Yes it should, not sure if it will be that low. But I have the same temps and i'm overclocked to 4.5Ghz

Also, since the Hyper 212x cooler I am looking at is the turbo edition and comes with two fans. Is there enough clearance in the ram slot with the fan attached to the heat sink?

I was also looking at a Corsair h100i. However after measuring; I don't think it will fit properly in my case because it will bump into the ram, but only by a mm or 2. One solution would be punch three holes in the top for mounting. I also checked out the h80i. Smaller unit, and got good reviews.

Also, one think to consider with both units is the price is about 2.5X more than the Hyper 212X .

Yes, I have both fans on mine and it works fine. In my opinion, unless you are going to overclock quite a bit it is not worth it to get a water cooling solution. Too much of a risk (water) and too little of a reward.
