I can't seem to get my wired connection working on my laptop and after searching and hunting it seems like the ethernet controller driver is missing which is strange since I've been able to run wired connections in the past until now. If anyone can help that would be wonderful. Laptop is a Toshiba Satellite L675D-S7100 Windows 7 Home Premium 32 bit.

Download the Version 7.017.0304.2010 network adapter.

Right-click on the triangle and select 'Update driver'.

Select 'Browse my computer'.

Select 'Let me pick...'.

Select a driver and install it.

Any luck?

It shows me a list of common hardware types bur none of them are for Ethernet controller. When I open up the properties to it it says The drivers for this device are not installed. There is no driver selected for the device information set or element. At some point I must of deleted this not knowing what it was.
