Hello i just installed a cpu cooler which is nice.
But after that i plugged it all in and push start aaaaand. nothing, the fans are spinning i can hear the driver running but nothing on the screen.
When i go to try to shut Down the computer i hold Down the power button on the front of the case but it dosent shut Down.
I am forced the shut Down the computer by flicking the power switch on the back.

I dont know if this i related but when i installed the cooler i had to take out the motherboard as well as all the cords.
there are a couple of wires that im not sure are in the right place, its some pairs of 2 wires that go ( green White ) , ( green Black ), (orange White), (orange Black).

I whould greatly appreaciated your help with this problem.
I will answer any questions that you need.

Alright, It could be a few things.

1. Do you see the BIOS flash on your screen?
2. Are all of your PSU connectors fully plugged in?
3. Are all of your SATA cables plugged in all the way?
4. Is your Graphics card/cables connected correctly?
5. Are your front panel cords connected properly?
