i plan on bying a new PC in early december. Problem is, its been long since i had to do anything with new hardware that im not sure if the setup i thought if ok. So, ive been researching and ive come up with the following:
Setup
my budget is about 1200€.
I dont know if the gtx780 is overkill for my 1080 monitor. I'm also unsure if i should wait for a custom fan r9 290, price and power are tempting. As youve noticed i dont want to hear the PC:
if possible, dont hear it at all, so the stock cooling on the current 290's is a no go.
