No bottleneck at all, the 2700K is still a fantastic CPU. You should be getting the full performance of the 780Ti with that setup. Some might suggest a RAM upgrade to at least 1600MHz, but the difference in gaming between 1600 and 1333 is a few frames at most, not worth the trouble unless you had an APU.

In most games there won't be more than a 5 FPS difference between a 2700K at 3.5GHz and a 4770K at 4.5GHz. The 2700K is more than enough to keep up with a 780Ti.

There will be certain games that will be CPU heavy, but nobody will know for sure until they are released. Most of the games today are GPU heavy because it's quicker and more efficient to do the processing in one place, reducing the need for constant communication between the GPU and the CPU. It's unlikely that future games will become CPU intensive, but you shouldn't upgrade until you know you need it.
