guys is this build is good for gaming?

motherboard : Asus M5A97 LE R2.0

processor : amd fx 6300

vga : MSI Radeon HD 7850 2gb

Ram:G.SKILL Sniper Series 8GB (2 x 4GB)
i need : hard drive , cooling fan and a power supply

i have about 150 $ so i need cheap ones

If you could give me a budget, I could optimize that setup. Just remember to add if you want me to include the OS or not
