Difference Between these 3 GPUs?

Solution
They are effectively the same, with the only differences being price and some small differences in default clock speed. All three have the ACX Cooler and are equipped with dual BIOS - one for back-up so you can modify the other without worrying (as much) about bricking your card.

The Superclocked model has a lower clock speed simply because that's how EVGA names their models. For reference the third card is called Dual Classified (Newegg doesn't specify this).

I would recommend just getting the cheapest one if money is an issue. The differences in clock speeds are pretty much insignificant when it comes to actual performance and you can always tweak them yourself anyway.
