Windows 8 searching drive E to boot, how do I change to drive C?

I just installed windows 8.1 and I want it to boot up as quickly as possible, but this is slowing down the boot time, how do I change it to automatically boot into C instead of trying E?

Should be able to go into BIOS setup upon booting computer then go over to Boot Device Priority (or w/e your BIOS calls it) and make sure that the C has top priority over E.
