Assuming your PSU can handle it, this is about the best one for under 100 dollars. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814202011&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID=

If you can't fit a 2nd Ram stick because of your heatsink, I'd buy a different heatsink. Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo will give you full ram clearance, so would the Xigmatek Gaia. Both are under 30 dollars.

This is pretty much the best card you can get with that price range.

Honestly, There is no reason for you to have a heat sink in the first place, considering the power, (or lack there of,) of your processor.

The Radeon HD 7770 is the best you are going to get in that price range. For a bit more, which you will save without the heat sink, you can get a GTX 650 TI BOOST which will be MUCH better. It has 2GB of GDDR5 RAM and is 192bit instead of 128bit
