My budget is 1000 dollars and i'm aiming to make a computer that can run BF4 and WOW and other games on ultra or very high. Can anyone suggest what parts i'll need?

I forgot to mention, i also need the case, os, od and power supply in the budget and why is the motherboard so expensive?
