how to find DDR3 800mhz

i came to portugal and just bought toshiba NB510-108 mini laptop. it comes with 320gb HDD and 1GB ram DDR3 800MHz. i want to upgrade the RAM but checked on sites and i can't find the ''1GB DDR3 800MHz'' RAM. please assist.

Are you sure it's DDR 3 and not DDR 2

well if you want to upgrade your ram definitely dont get 1gb 800mhz. it will work exactly the same as before.
get the 2gb 1066mhz ram. much better. heres a link with some meant for your computer

Maybe it is taking the half clock speed and accually is 1600mhz RAM? If not, it is most likely DDR2. If it is DDR3 you should be fine using DDR3 1066 or DDR3 1333 and your computer should automatically clock down to 800MHz (if that is what your CPU supports)
