will two R9 290x's run Battlefield 4 at max settings and get 144 fps?

Im adding aftermarket coolers to them, so they are overclockable and quite. Could they reach 144 fps then?

144fps steady not likely, but it'll average pretty close. maybe 125fps,though really these cards perform as well as you cool them. If you waterblock them then that 144fps is possible I think.
