Choppy but good fps

Hey everyone i have a radeon 7850 2gb and a intel q9550 and call of duty runs at 55-90 frames per second and yet it still looks choppy and sluggish battlefield 4 runs great on high at 60-70 fps so i dont think its my hardware does anyone know what it is?

Can you lower the settings to a point where it plays smoothly, or does it still feel bad at even higher FPS?

I notice you have a slightly lower minimum FPS on the title you are having issues with. It makes me wonder if it is simply a GPU load issue that manifests itself with frame-rate-variance, or if the game and your current driver are just not getting along.
