Nice build, I only have a couple suggestions.
1. If you are not going to do a bunch of overclocking, then skip the 212EVO; the stock cooler should do just fine.
2. Buy a couple more case fans (you don't have any listed and that case only comes with one (1) rear exhaust fan) and plan on mounting one on the bottom front as intake and the other on the very top as exhaust.
3. A lot of people swear by their Corsair CX psu's, a lot swear at them. It is a very good psu for the money, but for a little more you can get a longer warranty (5 or more years vs. 3), a little more power for any overhead, {and a more powerful psu will not have to work so hard to produce the current needed for your PC and thereby will also run cooler}. My only problem is I would get a better GPU such as 660 or 660ti. It's a little more money but you will see a big performance boost in game and a little more longevity out of your card. or HD 7950 or R9 290x. and Get a SSD over a HDD.

If you DON'T get the EVO cooler, the savings will almost completely pay for the better power supply, which may save your system a few years down the road.

If you check out the Heirarchy Chart in this Tom's article, you will see that the 7870 is on a par with the 660s, and 7950 is only one tier above the 7870, so the added expense is not worth it for the slight performance increase:
