Computer wont respond when it sleeps.

When ever my computer goes into sleep and I go to turn it back on the screen just stays black and I am forced to reset it. This problem is getting very annoying. I also have not done anything that would cause this problem. I also did a system restore to about 5 days back and that didn't fix it. I have only been having this problem for a few days and I cannot figure out how to fix it. If anybody has a possible fix for this problem please let me know.
My specs are:
Operating System
Windows 8 Pro 64-bit
AMD FX-6100
Zambezi 32nm Technology
8.00GB Single-Channel DDR3 1600
ASUS M5A97 LE R2.0
MSI AMD Radeon HD 7950
Hard Drives
932GB Western Digital
75GB Seagate

More about computer wont respond sleeps
  1. is the motherboard bios up to date?? could be a bios bug??
  2. Has it always done this? Check your power saving settings. Just because there is no picture on monitor doesn't mean the computer is sleeping. Sounds like the monitor isn't waking up perhaps.
  3. The monitor wakes up because the back light turns on and no it hasn't always done this,
  4. Try another known good working monitor.
  5. I don't have any more monitors.
  6. Caan someone send me bios drivers?
  7. Thank you! How do I install it sorry I am new at updating my bios.
