Well, I'm almost done with acquiring my computer parts. What I want to know is the process of setting up the software after I have all the hardware installed. Any videos you can find would help.

Put in your Win 8.x DVD, make sure you set DVD as priority boot device and follow the steps with installation. After you finish with installation, go to your motherboard manufacturer and download latest drivers for your hardware. For Video card, use driver original manufacturer, such as AMD and NVidia.

Install the OS first.
Then install anti-virus (before you even connect it to the internet).
Then your drivers from the disk the motherboard came with.
Connect to the internet and update your antivirus and let Windows update do its job. Once your computer needs no new updates install other programs as needed.
