the video card not showing in device manager

the monitor is blurry, but after install again the windows 7 give me chance to lower the resolution but the video card won't showing in the device manager, only the VGA VIDEO

the video card is : NVIDIA GEFORCE GO 8700 GT 512MB(MASTER)-R1. ALIENWARE AREA 51 M9750 (LAPTOP)
