The 700W version of that psu is slightly better than the others as it uses a single raid design rated at 52amps. But since it doesn't come with more than 2 connectors it clearly is not meant to run more than one card, possibly 2 which would utilize a single connector.

Basically what you need is a 750W psu that has the needed connectors and can handle the power. I would recommend Corsair HX750 for example. It is reasonably priced. 80+ gold rated and and well priced at 90 bucks currently after the rebate.

The recommendation for 2 xGTX770 is 850 watt http://www.realhardtechx.com/index_archivos/Page362.htm it is based on PSU's like your CM generic but nothing special. The system will run on a quality 750watt though.
