Hello

I am currently having the Quadro K600 as my only VGA Card.
I use Quadro K600 or softwares like 3DS MAX and CINEMA 4D.

I am wondering if its possible to add another Geforce card for high end games gaming?

Is there gonna be a conflict between the cards?

Thank you

OK so your good on the hardware side.

Here is an interesting thread :

http://www.overclock.net/t/1187894/is-it-possible-to-run-quadro-and-geforce-on-the-same-system

"It depends on how you configure the system, if you need Quadro as you main card for daily work, it has to be primary and the monitor must hook to it. You also can hook monitor to Geforce but only as extended Desktop.

For gaming you have to select the Geforce as primary and monitors plug to it. There's no options in NV CP to switch between those cards. The alternative is in Device Manager under Display Adapters to disable one of them if you need the other one as primary."
Hmmm should be possible. Remember this being done before but I am not sure of how, most like just instal the card and instal drivers from scratch.
Keep in mind the cards will be running individually. NOT in SLI.

Think I will just track this thread.

What are the rest of your specs? PSU and mobo especially?

I see.

My mobo is GigaByte X79 UD3
PSU is Cooler Master VANGUARD 1000W.

Sorry if this sounds nooby, but isn't running together means SLI?
