After downloading and launching a game for the first time it automatically set the resolution to something lower than my standard monitor resolution since it was an older game, so I simply changed the resolution back to what I'm used to. But then when I exited the game I noticed the taskbar at the bottom of my desktop was sort of chopped in half, as in I could only see half of the google chrome icon and other icons at the bottom.
I tried right clicking and clicking the "unlock taskbar" button and moving the taskbar to one of the other edges of my desktop as well as tried to increase or decrease the size of it but it never went back to appearing normal. I also uninstalled the game in question and restarted my computer but still nothing. When checking my monitor's resolution it actually was at the standard 720p so I don't know if monitor resolution had anything to do with this.
Can someone please help? Thanks.
It's not a major problem but my screen just doesn't look right.
