I do know my windows 7 password, but someone else has figured it out and started using my computer. I went to user accounts to change my password but it will not do anything when I click on it. Any ideas of what to do to remedy this situation? Appreciate all answers. Thanks!

Press Ctrl/Alt/Delete on the keyboard at the same time.
On the screen that appears there should be an option to 'Change your password'.
Give that a try and let me know how you get on.
