Well, I bought this Sapphire HD7850 2GB GDDR5 (11200-00) last year and thought I'd upgrade it's driver today (after a year). So I went to Sapphire's website and downloaded a driver, installed it, and it absolutely broke all the games for me. There are visual artifacts, screen looks noisy and the game lags terribly.
I did OC it a bit and it did crash a couple of times, in the past (also gave me the blue screen once or twice). I used Sapphire Trixx for the OC.
Now I'm not sure if it's actually the driver or that the OC broke my card, but I'm more inclined towards it being a driver issue because the card ran fine with driver 12.8 which I can not find anywhere anymore.
I've tried a lot of drivers since the past few hours, doing clean installs with AMD's cleanup tool. Even used auto-detect-and-install from AMD's website with no luck so far.
If anyone could help me out, please do reply. I'm absolutely helpless right now.
