Will this power supply be sufficient.

I am planning on upgrading my system. leaving heat out of the matter i wont to overclock:
an amd fx-8350 and a hd 7950.
will a thermaltake smartpower 750watt bronze be sufficient to get the 8350 to around 4.5 Ghz and the 7950 to around 1ghz
