upgrade for mother board

MY friend brother have a old mother board intel 82945g chipset
and he want to upgrade cpu up to core 2 dou ...and a graphic card like gt620 or 610(or any one in budget of 60$) ....he has an old benq 17 inch lcd he want to play games on loweser setting ...monitor support onle 4:3 ratio........... suggest please

For you, the 550TI is a better choice. But you need a good PSU also.
