Solution
Intel i3 3220 Rs. 7459

Gigabyte GA-B75M-D3H Motherboard Rs. 4943

Kingston HyperX Blu DDR3 4 GB PC RAM (KHX1600C9D3B1/4G) x 2 dual channel Rs. 4806

Seagate Barracuda 1 TB Rs. 4633

Cooler Master HAF 912 Combat Mid Tower Cabinet Rs. 5300

Sapphire AMD/ATI HD 7770 1 GB GDDR5 Rs. 8500

Corsair CMPSU-430CXV2 Rs. 2938

Total Rs. 38579
In a gaming build the cost of GPU is usually twice that of CPU. I couldn't go lower with the CPU but i went lower with the GPU. If u really want a balanced system u will have to invest more on the GPU.

@IRONBATMAN
That Corsair CX series 430W is the CMPSU-430CXV2 version, only 80 Plus certified. Still good though. India is a dumping ground for discontinued...

It's a little unbalanced. Your GPU should be " Better " than your CPU , but of course you still need some standard or you would bottleneck. for gaming , it's 80% GPU. Don't worry about the i3-3220. Unless you're gonna play very CPU intensive games , then it's gonna be alright

2x4 Gb of RAM is really the best for gaming. 6Gb is enough , but that's not common so the best option is 2x4 GB.

1TB ? Unless you're gonna store lots of movies and Videos , I don't think you need 1 Tb of space. It's your choice for this part. I use 500GB and Have Steam , 6 Games , MS Office , and all the other applications and i haven't even used half of my entire Hard Drive.

Power supplies that come with the case are usually very weak. The Corsair CX430 is 80+ Bronze certified so it's more efficient. 430 watts is enough , but if you really feel uncomfortable with it , check this out,
http://www.flipkart.com/corsair-smps-cx500-500-watts-psu/p/itmdzasggssybnqg?pid=PSUD5XZ4CEUXM4GH&icmpid=reco_pp_same_psu_3

The case I recommneded has USB 3.0 ports , so if you don't want that , you can carry on with whatever case you want. Same goes for the motherboard. If you don't want USB 3.0 ports , check this out,

http://www.flipkart.com/asus-p8h61-m-lx-motherboard/p/itmd5ppvvz2pjkwe?q=ASUS+P8H61-M+LX+Motherboard&sid=search.flipkart.com&as=on&as-show=on&otracker=start&ref=ed4239a5-cda5-4ddd-9f17-cfe03c48a894&as-pos=p_1&pid=MBDD5PPVTRZZKZYS

Asus isn't a bad brand at all. 2 slots for RAM should be enough for you. The motherboard I recommended at first has more than enough features for you.

If you REALLY REALLY REALLY don't want the i3-3220 , try to find these CPUs. they were out of stock at flipkart

i5-3350P
i5-3330
i5-3340
i5-3450

Why don't you tell me the games you're planning to run on your PC ?

Thanx man.. But I would be playing all the new and upcoming games.. Like crisis 3 etc.. Someone told me that Ghz matters too.. And I have take a gigabyte Mobo as directed by the pc guy..

As IRONBATMAN said, the config u suggested is really unbalanced. If u are going for an i5 then u should go for a GTX 760. There is no point in getting an i5 if u are going to get a HD 6670. Take a look at these balanced systems

No buddy I don't own any hardware yet..

Either u get an i5 and don't buy gpu for now. Save and later buy a GTX 760.
Or
Go with my build

U certainly don't want an i5 with a HD 6670, Believe me

That's exactly how most companies " cheat " you to buy their Desktop PCs. They add a really high end CPU , and a really lousy GPU. Like @Chimera201 said, get an i5 ( take note that not all i5 CPUs are better than i3 , the older i5 is not as good as ivy-bridge i3-3220) if you're sure that you will upgrade in future.

even for me , I got an i5-3350P and a HD 7770. I wanted to try out BF4 on ultra , but I heard that there were many problems with the game , so I got the Hd 7770 , and I'm happy playing Batman arkham city on the highest settings.

Intel's Pentium CPUs are not meant for playing games. They are fine for basic office , and web surfing.

I know how it feels to wait, but it's worth it.

Well as I read in many threads here that more cores are helpful as I will not be upgrading for another 4-5 years so if I go for i5-3570 3.4ghz and intel mobo as mentioned above is it a good combination? And which GPU for around 7500 rupees?

U want a gaming rig. If u get a GPU for Rs. 7500 then the GPU will certainly bottleneck the CPU. That means buying an i5 is totally gone to waste. Because it's maximum performance will never be used. The i3 3220 has 2 cores but 4 threads, the i5 has 4 cores,4 threads. In gaming it's the threads that matter more than the cores
