Which one is better?
The EVGA GeForce GTX 650 Ti Boost Superclocked
or
Club 3D Radeon R9 270

My specs:
Operating System: Windows 8, 64-bits
Processor: Intel Core i7-2600 @ 3.40 GHz
Ram: 8 GB
Motherboard: Gigabyte H61M-S2P-B3
Power Supply: Corsair GS700

Thanks,

R9 270 by a decent margin. Depends a bit on the games you play as well.

Mostly I play games as Grand Theft Auto, Call Of Duty, Battlefield and Simulator Games

There is another possibility. The R9-270 is simply a re-branded HD 7850. The R9-270 starts at $190 on newegg for the HIS IceQ Boost edition. I would get that one over the Club 3D version any day if I were buying an R9-270. However, the Powercolor HD 7850 2GB costs only $165 and has a $30 mail-in-rebate which drops the price to $140 (if you take the taxes into account) AND you get to choose two free games from AMD. Those games are the reason I chose HD 7970s over R9-280Xs. The value there is fantastic because the games are all high-end like Hitman: Absolution, Sleeping Dogs and Deus Ex: Human Revolution.
