Hello guys.
I'm new here on this forum.
I'm not sure if i posted it in the right section, if not sorry for that.

I need some help for a notebook.
The pc is a HP ENVY 14 Notebook PC

Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit service pack 1

Intel(R) Core(TM) i5 CPU, M 460 2,53Ghz

6GB:
Slot 1: 2GB SODIMM Samsung 1067Mhz
Slot 2: 4GB SODIMM samsung 1067Mhz

Intel(R) HD Graphics
1366x768
refresh 60
Directx: 11

Ati mobility Radeon HD 5650

Dont know about motherboard, the only i can find in >drive>dxdiag is:

Systemcard: 1436 59.24
System-BIOS: F.26

Dont know if it's the name on the motherboard, but that's the only thing i can find.

500GB HDD Space

Okay, that's the notebooks hardware, now the to the problem.
I make a recovery on the pc to reset, because it drive to slow, so i thougt it would help, but no.
The pc still drive so fucking slow, when i click on the power button and till the pc is ready for use, it takes 5 min,
even after the recovery, and when the pc is ready for use, it's slow in everything i do, internet, menues etc etc.
Is there any way i can make it go faster?
I guess it's not normal it goes that slow.
Would it help to overclock the ram and the cpu? or would it still be the same?
If it would help, can someone explain how to overclock the ram and cpu?
I dont know how to do things like that.

Hope someone can help me.

Welcome, Daniel!

Here are a few suggestions:
Go to Start>Run>MSCONFIG and press enter. click the start-up tab and investigate each and every item that the computer loads at start-up. If you don't recognize a program, Google it for more info. Un-check all unneeded programs that aren't absolutely necessary. Reboot when done and check for performance improvement.

Defrag your HDD: Start>Control Panel>Administrative Tools>"Defrag your Hard Drive". This may take some time, so give it a while.
