ANTEC vs COOLMASTER

Hey Guys,

I need a new PSU and i only got enough money for two options.

The One is Cooler Master :

And the other one is Antec's maybe is this one(dont know for sure but i guess its this one

The Antec one will cost me 3500rs. and the Cooler Master is going to cost me 4000rs.
So i wanted to know if its really worth the extra 500rs.

Treat it like a 430W PSU, and it probably won't kill your system.
Your Antec link did not take me to a PSU. Almost certainly, even if it is a Basiq, the Antec PSU will be the better choice.

i wanted to buy this PSU cuz im buying sapphire AMD 6670 2gb. It was written on the websitre that the card needs atleast 400 W pwr supply

It doesn't. The card will run on a 250W PSU. Graphics card makers overstate requirements in the attempt (sometimes vain) to account for all the liar-labeled junk still being sold.
For example, that particular CM PSU is only good for 430W, making its label a lie. The worst of them (e.g. Apevia, Logisys, Diablotek, Raidmax) may hardly be good for 50% of their labels.
Antec is not known to lie like this, making them safe choices. Some older models had problems, but nothing you can buy today.
If you can afford it, get a HD7750 instead. The price difference should be fairly small. Get GDDR5 on either one; the DDR3 versions are slugs by comparison. Only 1GB is needed on a card at this level; a 1GB GDDR5 version will run rings around a 2GB DDR3 version.

will HD7750 fit and work on a old motherboard. I have DG43NB 2GB ram Core 2 Duo 2.8ghz. ???

Corsair CMPSU-430CXV2 Rs. 2938
or
Seasonic S12II Bronze 520 Rs. 4800
if u want a high quality psu and for future upgrades

And u really don't need 2GB for HD 6670 . 1GB is more than enough for that range of cards

All cards will work on that motherboard. Only some longer cards like the Geforce GTX 690 might not fit in your case. But u won't be getting that. GPUs are dependent on PSU, CPUs are dependent on motherboard
