Windows 8 64 bit, Disk Usage too high

Anyone help me pls, i tried to search the solution to this and also found other users having problem similar like me, also using virtual memory still dont work for me and i have reinstall my OS but when i install driver and other important program (directX, vcredist, and other similar programs), my disk usage starting to spike at 90%-100%. Is it because i install these programs?? Like they have virus or something?

Its still not working with Disabling Superfetch and prefetch thing. Also my laptop has low fps when playing HD Games, example : Far Cry 3 and Ghost Recon Future Soldier. These 2 games worked fine and high fps about 3 days ago. But now, just to get to the menu, it takes some minutes because of the low fps (<10 fps). The loading screen is also really laggy. The disk usage keep spiking (0-100% but sometimes it keeps at 100% for more than 20 secs). About the CPU Usage, At first when I start task manager and see the CPU Usage, it always at 100% for 1 sec only, and the rest is <10%. And I dont think this is related to the drivers because it worked really fine before.

Any more ideas how to fix this??
I'll also try to reinstall my Win8 again without installing the drivers and programs to see the Disk and CPU Usage.
