I am running windows 7 on an HP touchmart computer and I am trying to run movie maker but when I load a file I have a box come up that says make sure my video card is of the minimum requirement and I have run dxdiag and it seems that I have directX11 version surely this is enough?? Still can't open any movies to edit. I can view it in the photo gallery but that is all. I want to rotate the video but it won't let me.
