Picking out a good motherboard

What's a good mother board for a Saphire 7970 and a FX-8350? I also want to over clock. I would like to keep things around the $100 mark but I can spend more if I need to.

http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131874 $120 after rebate. I would not go for a 970 chispet if you want to overclock. Just had to take back my Asus M5A97 R2.0 as I couldn't get a good overclock regardless of settings. 4.2 would freeze all the time with a 8320. Got the M5A99X Evo R2.0 and was able to overclock to 4.6 from 3.5 without a hitch and can probably go higher if I tweak it.
