I want to upgrade my current PC.
I would like to change CPU, add a GPU, get more RAM.
Currently I have 434psu which is not very much so I would like you to suggest me the most reasonable CPU that has 775 socket (Intel core 2 quad) and some low power-consuming GPU. My motherboard is Asus P5KPL-AM. And I can but the maximum of 4gb.
My budget will be from 150 to 200 dollars for the CPU and GPU. I just need PC for everyday use, web browsing, schoolwork , adobe photoshop and light gaming (world of warcraft, dota2) on resolution 1280x1024.

Reuse you PSU, RAM, case. Will get decent FPS and it is more upgradable in the future. Built myself G2030 with HD 7770 and i'm happy with it - good gaming performance on max...

hd 7730 gddr5 or hd 7750 gddr5 would be excellent cause low wattage, no 6pin, and excellent performance.(should be <90 for hd 7750 and <70 for hd 7730) get a c2q q6600 or 6700. 4gb 1333mhz ram. that should do it.

Get the processor from ebay, do not try to get it as new items from anywhere due to cost effectiveness.
Get the cheapest possible you can get, it does not really matter if you can get Q6600, Q8200 or Q9650 or whatsoever, just the cheapest you can find on ebay.
The GPU, I would suggest HD7770.

ah...before you get those...how much is your PSU rating? Quads consume more power than duos.
For Q6600 + HD7770, they should need about 450W from a good PSU.

he does not need a hd 7770 that is overkill for him. at low resolution and light gaming hd 7750 gddr5 1gb is enough.
