Will my Motherboard and Other Parts all Fit into this case?

So im looking to buy this Casehttp://www.bestbuy.com/site/elite/1305174977.p?id=mp1305174977&skuId=1305174977&st=categoryid$abcat0507006&cp=3&lp=11 and i need to know if my current motherboard a Intel Dp965LT will fit in it also i have 2 hard drives a corsair 430 watt power supply and a cd drive will this all work and fit together ok?

Also if you know a better Case that will keep it cool and fit all this for around the same price please link me!

Yes all the components will fit on that cabinet/case, as you have a uATX(Micro ATX) MB, and you can get space for 5 HDD's inside the case.

The PSU will also fit and so the DVD drive. So you are fine to go.
