CAN my 750w psu run my pc ?

i m thinking to upgarde my pc with
CPU: i5 3470 3.2 ghz
HDD : 1tb normal power (not high power requirement)
GPU: amd radeon r9 290 or 280x
normal DVD writer (not high power requirement)
and my psu is local psu which is 750 w can it run all these as it has all the connectors for my pc .

For wattage, yes, 750W is plenty. As for connectors, without knowing the model I can't be sure, but most likely yes.

Why in the world would u do that? The power distribution is the most important thing. The labeled wattage is just a label just for show. It doesn't tell anything. It might be labeled as a 750W psu but in reality it might be a 300W psu

atleast 36A@+12V rail
longevity of PSU is still questionable
