Power is cut off

My problem is when i trun on the power button the fans and leds come on for an instant and it immediately shuts off.IF that happen i need to click clear cmos button again and again. After that the motherboard start power and show debug code "checksum".And i try to configure bios like system date time. Its okay till on board LED light is not turn off.(the electricity not cut off). if i shutdown and close the PSU power next day the problem is happen. how can i fix this plz help me! I jux buy motherboard and garphic card. motherboard:EVGA Z87 FTW Graphic:EVGA GEFORCE GTX 660 cpu:intel core i5 1150 ram:hyperX 4GB PSU:cooler master 700W
someone help me

The only thing I can think of to try is if your MoBo has one of those coin batteries, try replacing that. Maybe it's dead/too week to maintain the settings after a full shutdown.

I wouldn't get our hopes up though. I'm fairly sure the board is bad.

Whatever store you bought it from online SHOULD, if it is the least bit reputable, have an RMA (Return Materials Authorization) department.

Yes, it will take a week (or two) for you to get the replacement, but look at it this way: If you don't return it, how much good is it going to do you?

Men thx for your advice and response. This morning i finally found the solution! The problem is PSU 700W and i replaced 650W it working perfectly!! I don't know how but its work mate :D

Obviously there was something hinky with the 700watt PSU then.
