Hi, I've been getting this problem lately, my computer freeze's, sometimes I get a chance to click on shut down, but after the screen goes black the power light is still on, at this moment I can't recall if the cpu fan were still on or not.
one thing that I notice is that the mouse point sometimes turns into a "I" shape before the crash.
that's why I'm guessing if it's video card.
why I ask if it's a cpu? because this all started to happen when I switched to a built in all in one water cooler. I replaced it back right now.
so I got new motherboard and tested out for a week and this is still happening so I assume this is not an mother board issue.
I've kept track of the heat was around 2x to 3x on using core temp, and don't see any spikes under task manager cpu uses.
I have 2 ssd's one intel one ocz, I used both no luck.
wired thing is this never happened while I was play BF4
