I have a r7 260x installed in my build. Was thinking to do crossfire with another one is it worth it and what graphics card would it be comparable to having it in crossfire? Or should I just buy the 270x/280x ?

More about : radeon 260x

If i were you i wouldn't bother with crossfire, I would just replace your current 260x, with either a 280x:http://www.amazon.co.uk/Sapphire-Vapor-X-Radeon-GDDR5-G... or a 7970:http://www.amazon.co.uk/XFX-Radeon-Edition-GDDR5-Graphi...
(The R9 280x is better than the 7970, but not by much. The best performance/price GPU is the 7970, but if you just want brute performance then go with the R9 280x. :)  )

This, the 280X would probably outperform two r7 260s.
