Does this motherboard work with this graphics card?

Yes the graphics card is compatible with that motherboard.

If your power supply is actually able to put out a continuous 33 Amps or more on its combined +12 Volt rail(s) it should be good enough.

Just to let you know, this is my friend's build, he wants to get the components. This is his PSU http://www.amazon.co.uk/Alpine-Quiet-Silent-Power-Supply/dp/7135799380 ...

The ALPINE-750W claims 38 Amps on its +12V rail. Whether or not it can actually deliver it is another matter.

That PSU only has one 6pin PCI-Express Power connector. The GeForce GTX 770 graphics card requires one 6-pin and one 8-pin PCI-Express power connectors.

It's not a PSU that I would ever trust. Any good 750 Watt PSU has a combined +12 Volt continuous current rating of 62 Amps or greater and has at least four (6+2)-pin PCI-Express power connectors.

The very low price of the ALPINE-750W is a dead giveaway that it is a piece of trash.
