How do I know if my computer is Bottlenecking?

I just have a feeling that my computer isn't using 100% of it's power.

Specs:

GPU: Evga signature gtx 690

CPU: i7 4770k @ 3.5 GHz

RAM: Dominator platinum 1866 mhz 2x8192 mb (9-10-9-27)

Motherboard: Asus maximus VI hero

OS: Windows 7 ultimate

Is there any way to tell if it's bottlenecking? or something.

Im sure theres a utility monitor which could tell you more...that said, there isnt an obvious component you have that screams legacy. I'd say youre fine. If you want, you can check out the task manager system resource monitor and Precision X's GPU utilization bar

How about the CPU? Is it bottlenecking the gpu?
