I have a dell inspiron 580 Slim, and i need to upgrade my power supply unit

OK, so i have an Inspiron 580 slim and the generic power supply is only 250W.
I want to upgrade my video card but the one I'm interested in says that I need a 300W power supply unit. what i want to know is if there are any power supply units that will fit my computer that has at least 300W? and if not, whats the best video card that i can run on 250W?

I have run an HD 7750 1GB card on a 250W PSU with no problems.

The card only requires 55W at max output. That's only 4.6 amps on the +12V rail.
