I currently have a budget of $600 to build a computer (I only need to buy the power, cpu, gpu, mobo, ram, and the case). If I wait till black friday or cyber monday, is it 100% possibility that I'll get a better deal?? Also, if anyone knows, please tell me what kind of sales occured during last year's black friday.

There are sales, but don't expect anything crazy like 20% off your build or something. Sometimes individual parts are between 5-15% off. Sometimes you can get lucky and save 20-30% but no way will your whole build be that much cheaper.

That is WAY too much PSU. get a 550w unit from XFX, and use the money for a better GPU.

That case is pretty terrible. I would change it for a Corsair 200r or NZXT source 210 Elite at this budget.

I look for good rating, Mid-Tower, Top Fans, side fans for my cases.
That's my standard. Other people may have other preferences.
Intake from the front and side. Outake from top and back.
