Okay, so i am going to buy a graphics card for my birthday, and I am going to get about 200$. Also I am going to sell my current graphics card so that makes my budget 300$ but the problem is will your recommended graphics card be supported by my motherboard (ASUS P8H61-M LX2)? If not I will need to buy a new one and that makes the budget 200$. So, what do you recommend? It can be an nVidia or a AMD, I don't really care, it just needs to be the best for my budget. Thanks for your time :D

Probably looking at a 270x at that pricepoint.

LGA1155 board supports any card on the market so what CPU and PSU do you have? Those will decide what card to recommend.

My CPU is a Intel i3 2120 and I don't really know what my power supply is, It says Smart 480W 80S on the power supply itself.

Well I can not find any info on that PSU but am guessing it is not very good therefore. I suspect it only has 1 PCIe power connector so I am going to recommend GTX660 or the new R9 270 that just got released.

Okay, the only problem is that I live in Europe and so I am buying the card on www.amazon.de (German Amazon) so the prices are kinda different. Also the 270 isn't in the store yet, there is only the 270X witch is 300$. So the question is, will my processor be able to run it? The name of the processor is listed in my question. Also I searched through a little comparisons and saw that the R9 270X isn't that better than the HD 7870, witch costs 100$ less.

Well here are performance numbers http://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/AMD/R9_270X/26.html GTX660Ti is the most powerful.
Does your PSU have 2 x PCIe 6 pin power which is needed for the higher cards and how much power does it deliver on the +12 volts? Those are things I am not sure of hence I am being careful in me recommendation. GTX660 needs less power.
Here are the recommended specs for the cards http://www.realhardtechx.com/index_archivos/Page362.htm
And by the way memory bandwidth does not give accurate picture of card performance.

Soo, the 660 is better? I mean, are you serious because I'm really going to buy something. I don't know if you are a nVidia fanboy or something but are you sure?

Performance wise 660Ti > 270X> HD7870>660! Power draw which I am recommending on GTX660 is lowest.
For your information I do currently have these setups in my household, 2 rigs with HD7950 1 with HD7850 and 1 with 2x HD6850in crossfire! Nvidia has never been a price contender when I have been buying!

If you are comfortable with your PSU size output and Quality (you have not answered my questions) buy the most powerful card you can afford! Just bare in mind that an overloaded low quality PSU can kill other parts.

660 is the safer choice. It is more likely that it will work with your PSU. 7870 requires more power, so maybe it will not work if your PSU is low efficiency (it says 480, but maybe it's something like 300W, who knows).
With nvidia you also get PhysX, which is better physical effects in games that support it (for example, blowing up a wall, or something like that).

But you really should find out the exact PSU.

Should be, try and get the R9 280X though.
