Details: Within the next month or two, I plan to build a PC that I will use *exclusively* for gaming. I already have a laptop that I do everything else on, so this build will act only as a gaming console.

My budget is around $750. I already have DVD drives and other external hardware and the 'monitor' will be my HDTV.

Being a first-time PC builder, this is the build I have constructed so far (names shortened for length):

CASE: Rosewill CHALLENGER Black Gaming ATX Mid Tower Computer Case w/ 3 fans
($49.99)

PSU: Rosewill HIVE Series HIVE-650 650W Continuous @40°C, 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified
($64.99)

CPU: AMD FX-6300 Vishera 3.5GHz (4.1GHz Turbo) Socket AM3+ 95W Six-Core
($119.99)

MOTHERBOARD: ASUS M5A97 R2.0 AM3+ AMD 970 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0
($94.99)

GRAPHICS CARD:
EVGA SuperClocked 02G-P4-2765-KR GeForce GTX 760 2GB 256-bit
($259.99) (note: this comes with 2 free games)

MEMORY: G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800)
($75.99)

STORAGE: Western Digital WD Blue 1TB 7200RPM 64MB Cache
($69.99)

TOTAL: $740.43
(with discounts) $710.93

$35 worth of in-store rebate

Now for the question:

What parts should I prioritize for what I want to accomplish with this build?
(ex: should I spend more money on the processor over the motherboard; etc)

I would like to allocate my money effectively, as my budget is not too high as it is, and I have around $40 left for "wiggle room".

Feel free to leave ANY suggestions, as all feedback is much appreciated. Thank you.
