Is this a good Gaming PC?

I am still a bit wary of building my own PC and found a decent looking rig on Argos which has a pay-later scheme as well. Plus, I don't have to do all the work of putting it together though I am very intrigued in the process. However, is the following good enough to play current/next gen games on at least high settings with good FPS? Can it handle games like The Witcher 3, Dragon Age 3, Elder Scrolls Online, War of the Vikings, and Assassin's Creed 4 for example?

Here's the link: http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Product/partNumber/237756.htm#pdpFullProductInformation

Many thanks in advance!! :)

P.S. I also want to play current games like Skyrim, Age of Empires 2 HD Edition and prequels to the above games. Edit: They don't mention it in the specs but in the Q&A they said the PC has a 500w PSU though I am not sure what make it is.

For that sort of money, you could get this, and upgrade the GPU.

Better build and better spec. Have a look at their site, and play around with some of the configurations - start high and work down to get a good value rig.

    Both are very reputable.
