Wattage, Suggestions on Builds

which build I should get http://pcpartpicker.com/p/20tkR or http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1Ws9k.
I need any suggestions on these two builds. Also Im going to buy a 750w power supply but on pcpartpicker it says the pc will only use 439w. Can i bump my wattage down?Also do you think an SSD is needed for this?

Personally, I like the FX8350 but everyone has their own preference on that. As far as the GPUs, I haven't done a comparison between the two to see which one performs better. With regard to the PSU, are you planning on adding a second GPU in the future? If so then you would probably need the 750W PSU but if you aren't then I would recommend just going with something that is lower wattage. I'm not sure what you mean by bumping your wattage down, but if your system only uses 440W and you have a 750W PSU then you essentially just spent money on more than you need and could've applied that money somewhere else.

As far as an SSD is concerned, I think you could benefit from one in either system. This is the first time I've installed one and put my OS on it. I love the added speed upon boot up.
